Introducing Bloom Living by Bloom Holding.

Bloom Living is a Mediterranean-inspired residential community by Bloom Holding, which is part of the Abu-Dhabi based developer, National Holding. Presented in Q1 2022, the new development will cover an enormous area of 23.6 million sq. ft and will seamlessly combine a traditional Spanish design with contemporary finishings. Bloom Living, located in Zayed City, will feature a total of 4,000 homes, such as apartments, villas and townhouses, becoming the largest project in the real estate portfolio of Bloom Holding so far. The community will be built in various phases, and as of Q1 2022, Bloom Holding released a phase called Cordoba after the Andalusian city.

Built around a huge scenic lake, Bloom Living will boast long shaded pathways linking to landscaped parks, communal swimming pools and an array of family-oriented amenities. The use of water alongside plants and flowbeds is set to create serene surroundings and promote a sense of well-being for its residents.
